Worked with Noah, and he was awesome. Kept me informed of what was going on with the vehicle and did everything possible to make sure I was well taken care of, even going beyond what I would have expected. I’ve always had good luck with Big O Tires, and would definitely recommend the Fridley location. Honest, up front with what needs to be done, and definitely care about their customers.

Experienced wonderful customer service at this Big O Tire location! The managers do a great job of communicating and handling staffing/work orders. You get honest and quick service and a personal experience. Scott A. has been exceptional to work with and diagnosing any issues that I should be aware of or work that will need to be done in the next few months. Love this team!

Brought my truck in about a week before Thanksgiving to have the ball joints on the drivers side fixed. Mike called me back and mention that I should get the passenger side ones done to because my truck would be unsafe to drive without replacing both sides. I also had ask if they could check and see why the steering wheel is tough to turn. A little later Mike called me back and told me the power steering pump is going out as well. My heart nearly sank down to my stomach when I heard how much it would cost to get all of this fixed. Mike is such a life saver, he really worked some magic by telling that i didn't have to necessarily have to get the power steering pump saving me $2,000.00 on something that other places would tell you it has to be done and now. Not to mention, he called me back a third time and told me that he would give me an additional $80 off as a Black Friday special which was so amazing. Mike went way out of his way for me during these tough times. Mike is a saint, he and his crew deserve the highest ratings that someone could get. You have gained a customer for life just because of your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Thank you Mike, your the BEST!!

Walking into the store, I was greeted by a lady who was very kind and super helpful. Also, it was nice coming into a space that was so clean and accommodating as I waited for my tires to be changed. Most auto shops will pressure me into getting unnecessary work done on my car, but here I felt at ease. I was able to relax and not feel as if I was the worst person in the world for not treating my car like it's worth a million dollars. Don't get me wrong, I love and care about my car; but some places will charge ridiculous prices. It was super easy to schedule an appointment, and I'm glad I did!

Great shop with a friendly attitude towards customers, which I like. I’m a fairly easygoing person and I could’ve easily rated their service much lower if not for the last part of my service here. It took them over a month to order my tires and get them shipped to their location since they didn’t have them in stock. Apparently their was confusion on their end about my tires and I had to call multiple times to ask about when they would get them in stock and they couldn’t seem to give me a solid answer. Finally I called one last time and I planned to cancel my order but luckily they finally promised me that I would get my tires shipped and put on the following day. I believe I spoke to the district manager who finally got everything sorted out after much effort. The appointment itself took longer than they said to install the tires but by that point I didn’t care since I finally got my appointment. Overall, I would recommend them but hopefully next time the process goes much easier.
